These Lemon Bar cookies are made of a shortbread-like cookie and a lemon filling that is just the right balance of sweetness and tartness.

These thumbprints are a buttery, soft, shortbread-like cookie that is rolled in finely chopped nuts and filled with jam, cream or icing.

These cookies are slightly crisp on the outside with a soft and chewy inside, full of chunks of macadamia nuts and white chocolate.

This cookie is made of a cream cheese base, creamy Peters caramel in the center and a fluffy frosting made with evaporated milk and vanilla to top it off.

You can choice from milk, dark, and/or white chocolate, or an assortment of each.   We use Merckens chocolate and Peters caramel for dipping.  We can also customize them with nuts, sprinkles, chocolate pieces, etc.  Please specify when ordering.

Pecan Tassies are miniature pecan pies made with lovely cream cheese crusts and sweet and gooey pecan filling.
