These cookies are twice baked, oblong-shaped biscuits, made dry and crunchy.  They are delicious with a cup of coffee or tea.

Cannolis are tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta.

They are pleasantly sweet, made with almond paste and pine nuts, but no flour.

Pizzelles are traditional Italian waffle cookies made either hard and crispy or soft and chewy and made from flour, eggs, sugar, butter or vegetable oil, and flavoring (often vanilla, anise, or lemon zest).

A Rosette is a thin, cookie-like deep-fried pastry.  Rosettes are traditionally made during Christmas time.  They are made using intricately designed irons.

Rice Krispie Treats are a sweet dessert or snack made from Rice Krispies.  There are many variations to the treat — adding caramel instead of marshmallows, adding condensed milk to the mixture before adding the Rice Krispies, using corn syrup and peanut butter, adding chocolate chips, nuts, flavoring agents, M&M’s and others.

These cookies are slightly crisp on the outside with a soft and chewy inside, full of chunks of macadamia nuts and white chocolate.

This cookie is made of a cream cheese base, creamy Peters caramel in the center and a fluffy frosting made with evaporated milk and vanilla to top it off.

You can choice from milk, dark, and/or white chocolate, or an assortment of each.   We use Merckens chocolate and Peters caramel for dipping.  We can also customize them with nuts, sprinkles, chocolate pieces, etc.  Please specify when ordering.

Pecan Tassies are miniature pecan pies made with lovely cream cheese crusts and sweet and gooey pecan filling.

These Coconut Macaroons have a wonderfully sweet coconut flavor with a slightly crisp exterior and a soft and chewy texture.  To finish them off, they are dipped in either milk or dark chocolate.

Cream Puffs are hollow rounds of crisp choux pastry that are split in half, filled with loads of whipped cream or italian custard, and dusted with powdered sugar.  Delicious!!
